London Cycle Buddies pairs people who want help to cycle more with confident riders living nearby or sharing similar routes.
Whether you are looking for support or offering help, please fill in your details below.
We will match you with a buddy as soon as we can. We'll introduce you and give you some advice on being a Cycle Buddy.
If we are not yet able to offer Cycle Buddies in your area, we will let you know where you may be able to find support.

Do you want help to cycle more OR are you a confident rider who wants to help others? We don’t expect you to have done any training, but we normally expect someone looking for help can ride on quiet backstreets and a rider offering help has been riding in London or another city for a year or more and feels confident riding with another person. (For helpers that is equivalent to Bikeability level 3, and for those seeking help, Bikeability level 2. See https://bit.ly/whatisbikeability). *

Note: you can request a same-sex buddy, but we do not typically allow riders to specify a buddy of the opposite sex.
