Director should complete this form for housing for the festival. Any student who will be commuting to the festival must submit the Housing Waiver agreement form. If your school does not appear on the list, use "other" at the bottom of the list.
Students will be housed TWO per room, as per current PMEA policies or THREE in a suite with a pull-out). Students are not permitted to share beds. Students from your school will be housed together (you can indicate preferred room mates below). Single students and odd number students will be paired up with a student from another school district. Just indicate them in as room by themself.
The Registration Fee per student is: $90 per student
Housing Cost is: $65 per student (not applicable to commuters)
