Hello. We are working to give refunds to all of our riders who pre-registered for the 2020 Kenda Stumpjumpers Desert 100. On some of the entry forms, it is difficult to read the information entered. We do not want to send refunds to the wrong address by accident so we are asking for you to fill out this form. We will cross reference this information with what is on your original entry form to get your refund sent out to you at your correct address. In some cases, we have one person who paid for several different rider's entries for several events so it can be a little challenging. Please bear with us as we are volunteers with day jobs working thru a new and unexpected problem. It could take us several weeks to process your refund. Thank you for your support.

Please try to fill out this for to the best of your ability. Any information you can provide us to cross reference with your event registration forms and to ensure we send your refund to the correct address will be very helpful.

At the bottom of each section is a question asking if you had any other riders who were signed up for with the first rider's payment. If you answer YES, it will take you to another page to add another rider. If you answer NO, it will take you to the end of the form and you will then send it in. You will receive an email confirmation to the address you provided.
