You've reached the official application to be in the Vendor Room for ConVivial 2025 in Williamsburg, VA. All applications for the ConVivial Vendor Room will be reviewed by our Vendor Room Staff.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your application for a response in regard to your acceptance. Once you have been accepted, you will be invoiced for your table. Payment for your table(s) must be made within 60 days from invoice date.
Tables are $100 for the weekend and include one (1) weekend pass. Tables are 6' by 4'. We try and provide ample space behind the table as best we can. If you wish to get additional badges, you may purchase additional badges at the reduced rate of $15 each, until December 31, 2024. You must request these by reaching out to the Vendor Director (or making a note in your application).
Please note that we give preference to vendors that are selling original handmade materials, over resellers.
