Photo/Video Policy Agreement

I hereby agree to comply with the Photo/Video Policy of Sonic EXPO. I understand that photographs and videos taken during the event must be used solely for journalistic, editorial, or informational purposes related to the event coverage.

I agree to seek proper consent from individuals recognizable in any photos or videos and not to use imagery that could be perceived as invasive or disrespectful.

Any commercial use or distribution of the photos and videos must be explicitly approved by Sonic EXPO. Failure to comply with this policy may result in revocation of my press badge and removal from the event premises.

Code of Conduct Agreement

I hereby agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct as outlined by Sonic EXPO. I understand that my behavior as a member of the press must be respectful, professional, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

I commit to treating all attendees, staff, and fellow media professionals with courtesy and agree not to engage in any conduct that is disruptive, discriminatory, or offensive.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may lead to the immediate revocation of my press badge, and I may be asked to leave the event premises without a refund (if applicable).

Acknowledgment of Press Guidelines and Expectations

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the Press Guidelines and Expectations provided by Sonic EXPO. I agree to conduct myself in accordance with these guidelines, including abiding by the scheduled press activities, interview protocols, and respecting the designated press areas within the event premises.

I understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the revocation of my press badge and that I may be asked to leave the event without further notice.
