To save you time and effort, we have the option to apply to attend ALL of our Petersfield town centre based events for 2021 from one application form.

COVID-19 UPDATE - We have now made a decision of how to proceed. Following the Government guidance on the Four Steps out of lockdown we have decided to cancel The Petersfield Spring Festival which would normally take place in May, but we are planning on bringing back our events with the first being Petersfield Summer Festival in August. Your and the public's safety is our number one priority and we are in discussion with the local authorities and will only go ahead with any of our events IF IT SAFE TO DO SO. Please keep an eye on this website and on our social media for updates.

THE SOUTH DOWNS SHOW 2021 - SAT 14th and SUN 15th AUGUST 2021
We are proud to have taken over the organisation of this established event and will bring the Hometown touch of magic to it in 2021 and will continue to grow it in future years making it a prestige show to celebrate the awesome South Downs National Park.

A highly anticipated event annually with regular footfall in the region of 7,000 visitors over the course of the weekend. With increased attractions and publicity planned for 2021 this will be the perfect opportunity to show off their local produce!

The event will take place in the awesome Queen Elizabeth Country Park. A large country park situated on the South Downs. It is located on the A3 road three miles south of Petersfield, Hampshire and lies within the South Downs National Park.

PETERSFIELD CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL MARKET 2021  - SUNDAY 5th DECEMBER
With Hometown Events winning the "Best Event" award at The Petersfield Awards in 2020 we will be expecting another awesome festive day in the centre of Petersfield working with the Hampshire Farmers Market. Usually with over 100 awesome stalls, family entertainment, Father Christmas and much more. Previously described as the busiest day Petersfield has ever seen and many stalls in 2019 selling ALL of their Christmas stock on this one day event!

The event will take place in Petersfield Town Centre on Sunday 5th December 2021.
Trading times –  Christmas Festival – 10:00 – 15.30

INSURANCE DETAILS FOR ALL EVENTS
To keep everybody as safe as possible at our events we ensure a high level of health and safety throughout the site.

We ask all of our traders to attend with appropriate safe equipment for the job involved and to regularly have any equipment checked and certified.

During the whole time you are at our event our marshals will be on-hand to help with any problems and ensure the site is safe for yourselves and our guests.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, we must ensure all of our traders have at least £2m Third Party Public Liability Insurance, to cover the worst possible outcome.

PLEASE NOTE, completing this form and applying for a space at any of our events does not automatically ensure you will have a space.  We also have limited stocks of gazebos, tables and lights and so these will be allocated on a first come basis and so we cannot guarantee these will still be available.

We look at all applications and will contact you to let you know if you are successful in your application.  To ensure our events are as awesome as possible we reserve the right to accept or deny any application made at our discretion.
