Surround Sound 2021 expression of interest form
Bands are invited to nominate to participate in Surround Sound 2021.

Schools are asked to submit an expression of interest for their involvement as soon as possible.

Audition videos are due via email to SurroundSound@det.nsw.edu.au by Friday 11 June 2021 (Term 2 Week 8).

When submitting videos, please include:
* Name of band/ensemble
* Name of audition piece (please also indicate if it is a cover or an original song)
* Years represented by students involved in the band/ensemble
* Video link (can be YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or any other format)

Schools only need to complete this form once. Audition videos from multiple bands can be submitted from each school once this form has been completed.
