Would you like to live at N St Cohousing?

Rooms in various houses open up throughout the year. Every so often, an entire house opens up for rent.

If you're interested in renting a room or a whole house, please use the space below to write us a brief paragraph introducing yourself. Any current residents with rooms open in their houses, or landlords with entire houses for rent, will be able to look through the people who have filled out this form, and contact you directly if they have a spot into which you might fit.  If there aren't rooms available, do not expect to hear back from us.  

Keep in mind that N Street has expectations and responsibilities that are beyond typical neighborhoods. The following outlines the basic responsibilities of members and households:

Each member is expected to:

    Pay membership dues
    Cook community meals
    Help with community work
    Be active on a committee or have an administrative task

Each household is expected to:

    Host a common house workday
    Take a turn doing note taking at community meetings as per the yearly schedule
   
Membership Dues

There is a monthly membership fee of $25 per adult and $2.50–$5.00 per child to fund the community’s expenses.
