Thank you for your interest in vending at Twin Cities Vintage Fest! We are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our attendees while providing equal opportunity to vendors in our community. Vendor space is limited. No vendors are guaranteed acceptance. Please read the below information carefully and provide answers to the best of your ability.

Vendor applications are reviewed carefully and considered based on the following criteria:
- Unique, High-quality vintage merchandise.
- Genuine vintage merchandise. Vendors must confirm their booth will be 90% genuine vintage merchandise. (non-reworked items)
- Professionalism and creativity of branding - social media, websites and other marketing assets.
- Uniqueness of merchandise offered & booth experience
- History at TCVF events - (frequency of vending/experience vending)
- Participation in other vintage/shopping events 15 days prior to/7 days after TCVF

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS FRIDAY December 10th at Noon
Vendors will be notified of application status by Noon Wednesday December 15th

Booth information:
Vendor booths are 12'x12' and cost $180
Those looking for larger booths are welcome to buy multiple booth spaces.

Vendors that do NOT sell clothing receive 50% off booth rental fees. All vendors must provide all necessary materials for their booth including tables, tents and racks. Vendor fees include: an official TCVF vendor slot, a parking pass for one vehicle during Saturday event hours, two vendor badges, 6 complimentary tickets, invitation for 2 to the Friday set-up pre-party
How many booths are you interested in purchasing? *
We are looking for unique vendor-sponsored experience to add to TCVF. Do you have an idea for an interactive, experience to add to your booth?  Write your idea below to be considered for a  free additional booth to add your activity. Limited Quantity Available. (Examples - carnival games, photo opportunities, live auctions, meet & greets - no gambling :)
All accepted Vendors will be required to submit a Minnesota Department of Revenue ST-19 Form

If chosen to vend at TCVF to you agree to submit a completed ST-19 form to TCVF organizers? *
Accepted TCVF vendors must adhere to the Vendor Code of Conduct
The code of conduct is as follows:
- Vendors agree to bring authentic vintage pieces for sale during TCVF
- Vendors agree to clear and honest marketing of all booth products including bootlegs, reworked/repurposed items and fakes
- Vendors agree to abstain from drinking, smoking or other illicit activities during event operating hours
- Vendors agree to abstain from stealing other vendor product
- Vendors agree to follow all COVID policies put in place by host
- Vendors agree to be welcoming, kind and courteous to TCVF attendees
- Vendor agrees to hold host (TCVF) free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participation in TCVF
- Vendors will arrive to the venue no later than 7:30am on event day and have booths 100% set up in time for event open at 9am
