Please fill out this online form to formally request to rent out a room or space for an event at ISGL.  You will also need to download the following PDF document which outlines important information about the rental policies, procedures, rates, renter acknowledgement, etc.  You will need to download the PDF and scan/email it, send via regular mail or hand deliver to ISGL.

I have read and agree to abide by the rental fee structure, facility use agreement, terms and conditions and cancellation policy of this agreement including any supplementary agreement(s) attached hereto: to keep and maintain ISGL property and good name in the condition as found, to maintain the security of the premises and all equipment, furniture, fixtures and valuables, allowing no unauthorized person(s) to enter or use ISGL property and to remove any ISGL property and to remove any property brought into the ISGL when the rental period is over.

Any infraction of this agreement may result in loss of security deposit, denial of further use of ISGL premises, and/or cancellation of this contract.
