The school will not authorise any leave of absence during term time, except in exceptional circumstances. Parents wishing to apply for leave of absence for their children, during term time, must complete and submit this form, for the attention of the Headmaster, at least two weeks prior to the period of absence requested.

Please note that certain reasons for absence will not be authorised, including:

An extended weekend
Birthdays
Day trips
