Middle School Summer Academy Registration 2025-26
Middle School Summer School runs July 28-July 31 and August 4-7 at Cedar Ridge Middle School. Please fill this registration form out for each of your currently enrolled OTSD 5th, 6th, or 7th grade students you wish to enroll in Summer Academy.  Additionally, 6th-8th grade SLCA/B students are eligible to participate in middle school Summer Academy and should complete this form.

Registration needs to be completed by June 6th.  Students who have been identified as needing additional academic support may receive priority seating and then courses will be filled on a first come/first served basis, or may be cancelled due to low enrollment.  You will receive an email within a week of registering to let you know that your registration has been received.  Families will receive notification at least a week before Summer Academy begins indicating whether students have been placed in Summer Academy.
