CADCA National Leadership Forum - Scholarship Application
Apply to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum in Washington, DC on January, 31st-February 3rd, 2021! This is a four-day conference packed with student leadership training to learn the latest strategies to fight substance misuse and hear from nationally-known experts and policymakers. There is also a full day dedicated to Capitol Hill events where you can meet your US elected officials.

Four (4) students in Winona County will be selected for a full scholarship (including travel, lodging, food, and training materials) to attend the conference with ASAP staff.

Students must be 18 years of age or younger in high school. They must also commit to attending the full conference and participating in the implementation of a project after the conference. Parent/guardian consent must also be provided. Students are responsible for their own snacks and souvenirs.

Applications are due no later than Friday, December 10th. All who apply will be contacted before Christmas.
