Room Choice in Order of Preference (Please Note:  Rooms are limited, we will try our best to accommodate your top two choices and will connect with you prior to paying deposit to discuss.  We will prioritize room selection by date of deposit paid and any accessibility reasons.  If you know someone else that is attending retreat, you may request to share a room with that person or people.)

4- bungalows with 4 beds (2 bunkbeds, the bottom bed is a double bed and the upper bed is a single bed)

Quad Occupancy Bottom Bed: $1900; 
Quad Occupancy Upper Bed: $1800-1850

Available Discounts:
WELCOME BACK SPECIAL:  If you are a returning retreater, you will receive a $350 discount and a special deposit of $50 (non-refundable) by paying no later than February 29, 2024.

1st TIMER SPECIAL:  If this is your first time retreating with us, you will receive a $250 discount and a special deposit of $100 (non-refundable) by paying no later than February 29, 2024.

ANY DEPOSITS made after March 1st will be $200 (non-refundable) *Ask about any additional incentives.*

Flight Information:

You will be responsible for flight accommodations to and from PANAMA.  However, we will provide airport transfers from Tocumen Airport (PTY) at an agreed upon arrival and departure time at no additional cost to you.

*If you are arriving earlier and exploring Panama prior to retreat we may not be able to provide transportation, please discuss in your planning.*

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICIES

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant (this could include a family or friend) will you be eligible to receive refunds for remaining amount paid after $50-200 deposit paid as noted below:

75% Balance (not incl. deposit) will be refunded for all cancellations before June 12th, 2024

50% Balance (not incl. deposit) will be refunded for cancellation between June 12th-July 11th, 2024

No Refund after July 12th, 2024

PAYMENT BALANCE

You may pay your balance in full within 30 days of initial deposit to receive a VIP gift.

If not paid in full, you are required to make monthly payments. We will divide your payments over a 6- month period (or less depending on when deposit received) and invoice you after each payment. *Beginning March 2024 and ending August 12, 2024*

The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due no later than August 12th, 2024

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy above will apply, with no exceptions.


We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

CANCELLATION INFO 

When purchasing a retreat through FACTS the cancellation policy above will apply to your purchase.

Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy.

We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel.

CANCELLATION | Initiated by retreat leaders

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if FACTS must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.


FACTS is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.

OUR INTENTION

It’s our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to go on a retreat, while balancing the administrative and business realities of those who run retreats.

CANCELLATION DISPUTES

We have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion.

After reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation policy listed above.  We encourage you to obtain trip travel insurance/protection. You will also receive a COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver & and ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM prior to retreat.
