C Street Celebration Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Youth in Arts for our 4th Annual C Street Celebration: FREE Community Festival of Creativity! The C St Celebration will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Your support helps us create meaningful arts experiences for our community. Below, you’ll find details about the available shifts:

  • 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Jobs may include: assisting with event setup, including tent and table setup, helping with the chalk avenue, and setting up signage.
  • 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM: Jobs may include: supporting event management, including tasks such as checking in attendees at the registration table, selling raffle tickets, helping at the arts activity table, monitoring the gallery/quiet space, and more.
  • 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Jobs may include: helping with event cleanup and breakdown, dismantling tens and tables, picking up garbage, and ensuring the space is returned to its original condition.
