Grief Tending Supervision Group
Dearest Grief Tending Kin,

Holding space for sorrow and change can be both beautiful AND lonely. This ongoing, small supervision group is meant to be a place of support and care for politicized grief tenders. A place we can share our hearts and medicine. A place to witness and be witnessed. If you need more information about this offering check out this page on my website: https://www.hollytruhlar.com/grief-tending-supervision/

If you you have any further questions or concerns contact me at HollyTruhlar@gmail.com. Thank you for showing up in these grief-full, initiatory times.

Deep Care,
Holly

How did you hear about this grief tending supervision group? *
Generally, this group will meet once a month for 90-minutes over zoom and connect in a group on Mighty Networks where members can post inquiries or requests for care between sessions. Most group meetings will not be recorded. During our meetings, you will need a stable internet connection and relatively quiet space where you can connect with yourself and others with your camera on. Given this frequency of meeting and some intermittent postings, do you think you'll be able to participate on a regular basis? *
What days/times generally work for you to meet once a month for 90 minutes? (Starting in May or June of 2022.) *
Are you committed to bringing a liberatory, anti-oppression lens into your grief tending and beyond? *
What identities and roles do you inhabit? (ex. race, gender, relationships, work, etc.) *
For white-identified/white-passing applicants, what anti-racism work have you done and are doing internally and externally? For applicants benefitting from male privilege, what work have you done and are doing around dismantling patriarchy? This is an important question as it helps to create a space of care for all who gather. If this is not something you have thought about before, please take your time to reflect on this question before submitting your application.
What type of grief tending do you do? *
Though I'm creating the container and taking on the role of main facilitator for this group, it's a space of communal care and reciprocity. Are you willing to support and learn from others in the group? *
I'm offering this group on a sliding scale of $45 - 90/month. What are you able to pay on this scale? (The rate you indicate will not effect your application status, rather it helps me setup your subscription if you join.)
I'm cultivating an ongoing space of participation and mutual care. As such, I ask all members to commit to an initial 3-months and then 30-days notice if you're leaving. Are you willing to commit to this? *
What is your general approach to grief? *
What are you hoping for from this supervision group? *
What can you offer the group? *
Do you have accessibility needs? If so, how can I meet them?
