Please complete this form prior to your child starting with Little Acorns Breakfast Club, Bottesford Infant School. If you need to discuss any matters or require any further information please contact us at office@bottesfordinfants.co.uk or call the school office between 08:30 and 16:00 during term time (01724 862483).

The sessions run from 07:45 to 08:45. Please use the entrance to front of the building near to the school hall, press the bell for attention and please remember to sign in your child(ren).

Fees - £4.00 per child per session which includes a healthy breakfast. Invoices will be sent out on a monthly basis and you will be charged for sessions attended that are recorded on our register. Payment will be due 7 days from the date of invoice. If your child attends the infants school and qualifies for means tested free school meals the the cost per session will be £2.00
