The theme of this year's conference is Embrace Change, Empower Talent.

In a rapidly evolving world, change is the only constant. As Talent Development professionals, we aim to celebrate the power of change and harness its potential to shape a better future. We believe that change is not something to be feared, but rather embraced and harnessed as a catalyst for growth and innovation.

We also firmly believe that every individual possesses unique talents and abilities that, when nurtured and supported, can create a ripple effect of positive change. By empowering talent, we unlock the potential for greatness and inspire others to do the same.

Throughout the conference, we will explore different dimensions of change and talent empowerment. From disruptive technologies and emerging trends to leadership development and personal growth, we will delve into the realms where change and talent intersect. Together, we will discover new strategies, share success stories, and uncover the untapped potential within ourselves and our organizations.

We encourage you to submit your speaking proposal for a 55 minute workshop that aligns with our theme, "Embrace Change, Empower Talent." Share your insights, strategies, and experiences that highlight the power of change and the profound impact of empowering talent. We believe that your unique perspective and expertise will contribute to a transformative experience for our attendees.
