Oleksiy Goncharenko is a second-term member of the Ukrainian Parliament, and the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). He held meetings with many US Congressmen and advocated for sanctions on Russia, Russian oil and gas embargo, and international tribunal for Russian war crimes.
Princeton Ukrainian Society is founded and dedicated to creating a safe space for students from Ukraine and with Ukrainian heritage, educating the Princeton community about Ukrainian history, culture, and language, and connecting with the broader Ukrainian community in Princeton and surrounding areas.
