The Home & School Association (HSA) funds various projects that benefit the Ronald Reagan community. Completion of this form is required by the HSA Executive Board in order for the funding request to be considered. Submission of this request and/or purchase of items prior to HSA approval does not guarantee funding.
Please return the complete and submit this form at least 7 days prior to the exec or general HSA meeting in which you would like the request to be considered. If the request is over $500, it must be voted on at a general HSA meeting. You are strongly encouraged to attend and present your proposal, as well as address any questions during the general HSA meeting. You can find the meeting dates on the HSA website (
