As part of this application, each proposed member of the Board of Directors shall sign a written promise that sets forth the proposed member’s promise to serve on the Board for a period of two years, the minimum expectations of a member of the Board, and the commitment of the proposed member to meet said expectations.

Each elected member of the Board of Directors serves a 2 year term with elections held on an as-needed basis.  Each term concludes on June 30.  The Board will consist of no fewer than eight (8) and no more than 20 people.  

Duties as a member of the Board of Directors are as follows:

>Attend monthly meetings
>Participate in 2-3 performances per show Front of House. You are exempt from this if you are in the production either on stage or backstage tech and at every performance.
>Be on and contribute to at least 2 committees
