Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, via check, credit card, or ACH transfer.

New Member Initiation Fee (applicable to new members only)
A one-time new member initiation fee of $500 will be added to new member's invoice total, plus sales tax.  Memberships that have lapsed for two or more years, will be charged the new member initiation fee upon rejoining.

By checking below, I, as responsible party for above members, agree to abide by the Rules and by-Laws of the Kenwood Swim and Tennis Club, Inc. (KSTC).  I also agree to honor the financial commitment of aforementioned checked membership.  I agree that KSTC, its Board of Directors, agents acting on behalf of the Board, and employees shall be held harmless for any personal injury or property damage, suffered by above members due to my (our) own negligence.  I further agree that this agreement will be signed by me on the date of submission.

Once application is processed (within 3-5 business days), an invoice will be e-mailed to you, from which you can submit payment.  Payment is expected upon receipt of invoice.  Monthly statements will be issued for unpaid balances.
