Creating Effective Slides in the Humanities & Social Sciences
Great slides don't make a great talk. But used appropriately, thoughtfully designed slides can substantially enhance your presentation by keying your audience into your main conclusions. After surveying common pitfalls one can make while designing and integrating slides into a presentation, this workshop will offer a wide range of tips for giving a polished and professional slideshow. Both the Social Sciences and the Humanities will be represented with an array of examples and targeted strategies.
