2022-2023 Alcohol + Security Fund Request Form

*** The Alcohol Fund will only fund requests up to $175 per keg and up to $8 per bottle of wine/champagne.***

*** The Security Fund will only fund up to 3 officers per event. Your event may require more than 3 officers (as determined by Campus Safety and the SCC Staff). In that case, you will be billed for the additional officers. ***

Conditions for Funding:

  • Event must be open to all Pomona students
  • Event must be well advertised on Pomona's campus
  • Event must offer food and non-alcoholic beverages

Funding request must be submitted 14 days before the event.

I understand that, upon approval of funding from the Alcohol Fund, I am responsible for purchasing the alcohol and submitting itemized receipts to the ASPC Office for reimbursement. I will do this within three weeks of the event as required per the bylaws.

I also understand that if my organization has already exceeded its Security Fund allotment for the semester, I will be responsible for all security costs related to this event.
