Please note that:
  • We will process the orders on every month's date of 15th
  • For those who place their orders after 15th of the month. Your orders will be process on the next month's 15th
  • We will not process the orders until full payment is confirmed
  • You'll be notified via email/WhatsApp once the order is arrive
  • Goods sold is not refundable/exchangeable unless you've detected defects
  • There will be no refund as well once the orders is confirmed
  • We only accept Touch n go or bank transfer as the form of payment
  • You'll only need to make the payment once our committee contacted you with confirmation of the orders and total cost
  • Please note that we do not entertain any sort of scam/fake orders
  • Refund only will occur if there is stock outage
