Please use this form to submit questions related to the Peninsula Clean Energy RFO for Renewable Energy + Storage.  Bidders are encouraged to submit questions concerning the RFO. All questions must be submitted through this form. Bidders are urged to submit RFO questions to Peninsula Clean Energy as early as possible, in consideration of the proposal submission deadlines.

Questions submitted by Friday, December 3rd, 2021 at 5 PM PPT will be answered during the Webinar on December 7th.  Additional questions may be submitted up to Friday, January 7, 2022. Questions submitted after that time may not be answered.

Peninsula Clean Energy intends to post all questions submitted by Bidders before and after the Webinar, as well as responses to those questions in the form of an Addendum posted to the RFO website: https://www.peninsulacleanenergy.com/solicitation/2021-rfo-for-renewable-energy-storage/ 

Answers addressed in the webinar on December 7th will be posted as a Q&A document on the website no later than Wednesday, December 22nd at 12 PM PPT. Final responses to all questions submitted up until Friday January 7th, 2022 will be posted as a Q&A addendum on the website by Monday, January 10, 2022.

All addenda shall become part of this RFO. All questions will be posted anonymously to shield the identity of Bidders who posed the questions. Contact information is collected below in case there is any need to clarify questions. Peninsula Clean Energy's objective in posting questions and answers is to afford Bidders equal access to information potentially relevant to their proposals.
