Walnut High School Performing Arts Center 20th Anniversary Art Competition  

ENTRY INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT

Submittal Requirements:
~Entries are open to all Walnut High School students and alumni.
~All entries must be submitted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Friday, March 13 at the WHS front office.
~Limit 3 entries per person.
~Entries are limited to 2D works.
~There is no size limit.
~All pieces are required to be framed and have wire hangers securely attached.

Prizes:
~Awards will be presented for first, second, third places plus five honorable mentions.
~All winning artwork will be permanently displayed in the Performing Art Center lobby for public viewing.
~First prize will receive a ribbon and a lifetime pass for two to all WHS performing arts events.
~Second prize will receive a ribbon and vouchers for eight tickets to any WHS performing arts event.
~Third prize will receive a ribbon and vouchers for four tickets to any WHS performing arts event.
~Honorable mentions will receive a ribbon and permanent display of artwork.

I understand and agree to the following conditions and requirements for entry in the Walnut High Performing Arts Center 20th Anniversary Art Competition (Hereinafter WHS), including any posted requirements:
I will not hold WHS or its agents responsible or liable for damage or loss of my artwork(s).  (Personnel will take reasonable care to assure proper and careful handling of competition entries.) *

I understand my artwork must be inoffensive to the sensibilities of the general public and agree that any artwork deemed offensive by WHS will not be accepted. *
