This application form is for hand dyers, suppliers, spinners and makers of all things in natural fibres and yarns. We focus on small businesses and indie dyers, therefore we do not accept branded commercial yarns for sale in any form at the show. We also do not allow yarns with a large proportion (i.e. more than 50%) of man-made fibre. Please contact us for clarification before applying if you are unsure regarding your products.
Before submitting your application please ensure that you
read the Terms and Conditions IN FULLas available at
https://kernowyaff.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Exhibitor-Terms-and-Conditions-2024.pdf Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of £2 million is required and must be valid for the date of the Show.
Proof of this plus a risk assessment for your stand and products will be required on confirmation of successful application.
Stand sizes are:
Small (1.5m x 2m) - £65
Medium (2.4m x 2m) - £95
Large (3.2m x 2m) - £155
Your application must be submitted by 14th June 2024.
Please also email 5 high resolution photographs of your work (in jpg, jpeg, or png format) to yaffevents@gmail.com by 14th June 2024. These will be used to support your application and for promotions and social media if you are selected to exhibit.
