Fanm Saj Youth Leadership Application
The Fanm Saj Leadership Board teaches young people the knowledge and skills to be confident peacekeepers in their schools and local communities. Throughout the program, the Board will work with Fanm Saj and partners to build the skill set of high school age youth, and support for safe and healthy communities.

The 2023-2024  Youth Leadership Board will engage  youth (ages 13 - 24) in Restorative  Justice activism across South Florida. The Youth Leadership Board will meet weekly to build skills and advocate for local anti - criminalization solutions through circles, campaigns and events.

10  Teens will be selected to serve on Fanm Saj Leadership Board for the Restorative Justice Ecosystem for Fall 2023- Spring 2024.  All applicants interested in serving on the Leadership Board should complete the following questions. Orientation: Saturday, October 21st @6pm 

This position will be stipend.

Responsibilities of Youth Leadership Team Include:

  • Attend weekly/ Bi- Weekly meetings
  • Facilitate and/or participate in a minimum of 4 Circles
  • Assist in creating a fun digital platform to spread awareness on Restorative Justice
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Participate in the 2024 Quarantine and Heal Wellness Cohort
  • Outreach and recruit peers to healing spaces
