The Law Office of the Montgomery County Public Defender's Record Sealing Clinic provides
free record sealing screening on a first-come, first-serve rolling basis. Ohio law does not permit certain offenses to be sealed and there are many factors that may affect your eligibility.
After you submit this form, clinic staff will assess your record history for eligibility. Someone from the clinic will follow-up with you to discuss the results.
If you are eligible, they will provide assistance with filling out the relevant forms. However, you will be responsible for filing the paperwork at the applicable court(s).
