Rate your comfort level with students returning to school in August with a Hybrid Model. This model would be set up with all students receiving distance learning on Mondays, students in group A would receive in-person instruction on Tues./Wed. Students in group B would receive in-person instruction on Thurs./Fri. Safety protocols will be in place including but may not be limited to: students and staff wearing masks/face shields, frequent hand washing/hand sanitizer breaks, temperature checks, 6 feet of social distancing (this will be more feasible in this model due to fewer students in the classroom at once), extra cleaning, and sanitizing. *

RKS will be offering an Independent Study Program for families who would like to keep their students home for the 20/21 school year. This program will NOT look like our distance learning program that was in place from March - June during the COVID-19 school closure. The program will provide curriculum to families so that students can work independently at home and receive academic instruction from their parents. RKS will designate a teacher to oversee the Independent Study Program. This teacher will provide curriculum and resources to families. She will also meet with students and families weekly or biweekly to be sure students are on track with their learning. Will your family be choosing to enroll in this program for the 20/21 school year? *
Will you send your student(s) to school if the district reopens with the five days a week in-person learning model described in question #2? *
Will you send your student(s) to school if the district reopens with the Hybrid Model described in question #3?: *
Students and Staff  will be required to wear a mask  and/or a face shield while on campus for in-person instruction. Will you send your student(s) to school under these guidelines? *
Due to budget cuts and increased costs in health and safety equipment, bus transportation will be difficult to provide for all students. Are you able to transport your student(s) to and from school? *
We are predicting that our after school care program will be impacted by COVID-19 by requiring limited enrollment to ensure safe social distancing. Will your student(s) require after school care due to your work schedule? *
Please share any thoughts, questions, or concerns you have regarding the reopening of school for the 20/21 school year.
