2024 Blueberry Festival Event Registration Form
Thank you for being involved in the 42nd Annual Sioux Lookout Blueberry Festival! It is because of community members and organizations like you that we are able to offer a wide variety of fun and exciting activities during the festival. 

Please feel free to contact our office by emailing festival@blueberrybert.com or calling (807) 737-3227 with any questions. The deadline to submit an event registration is Friday, June 21, 2024. If you wish to fill out a paper form, a printable PDF version of this registration form is available at this link. 

Notable events to keep in mind when registering your event include: 
  • Blueberry Festival Opening Ceremonies - Friday, Aug. 2nd, 12pm - 2pm
  • Bert's Birthday Party - Saturday, Aug. 3rd, 10am - 12pm

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for incorrect information appearing in the Schedule of Events booklet if it was submitted incorrectly. If you need any changes made after you have submitted your event registration form, please contact the Blueberry Festival office.
