1. Take a ticket.
- Hangtag: park in a gated/controlled parking facility with available public parking by taking a ticket.
- U Card: park in your contracted facility by taking a ticket.
2. Submit this form with the ticket number.
3. PTS receives immediate notification, verifies your contract, and validates the ticket.
4. When exiting, if the gate does not automatically raise, insert or scan the ticket.
- If you experience any issues as you exit, press the help button and let responding staff know you submitted this form.
If you don't receive the confirmation email by the time you need to exit, press the help button at the exit gate and inform the responding staff that you submitted this form.
If this validation request process is used more than 12 times in one parking contract year, October 1 - September 30, the validation request may be declined.
- Replacements hangtags can be purchased at the PTS office with a credit card or cash for $20.
- Stolen hangtags can be replaced without chare if a police report is provided.
