THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST. PLEASE  CAREFULLY READ THE DIRECTIONS AND FILL OUT THIS FORM TO SUBMIT YOUR PRIVATE RECORDED AUDIO STORY (.WAV OR .MP3 FILE) OF A TRUE FLUB YOU'VE EXPERIENCED AS AN ARTIST. IT CAN BE FUNNY, HEARTWARMING, A CAUTIONARY TALE, A LESSON LEARNED, ETC. TAKE US ON AN ENTERTAINING JOURNEY, AND SHARE WHAT INSIGHTS YOU GAINED! STORIES AROUND 10 MINUTES THAT CAN ALSO HELP OTHER ARTISTS WORK BEST. 
 
If selected, we'll be sharing your story and audio on an upcoming episode of our film's podcast to help artists embrace their flubs as part of the creative process. It may help to listen to an episode of our show of a guest sharing their story. Our goal is to remove the stigma of blunders, and use slip-ups as stepping stones. If chosen, we will promote you and your story appearing on the podcast on the portals of our new "How to Successfully Fail in Hollywood" fun film about friends, fantasies and fails now available on Prime Video. An ode to friendship, artists and bold dreamers trying to make it against all odds; with a trove of inner secrets revealed about Tinseltown. We are a champion of diversity, gender equity and inclusivity.

Please place direct online links to your public social media on Twitter and Facebook so we may tag you in promoting the podcast if your story is chosen.  *
Please place the private online link below to your .WAV or .MP3 audio file that we can download of your true story of a funny or memorable flub you experienced as an artist. (A private Google Drive or Dropbox link works well, no passwords or public postings, please.) Please state at the beginning, "Thank you C.M." or similar greeting, then introduce yourself (and your trade/business) with a brief one-sentence bio and then tell your story. Around 10 minutes works best. Kindly keep it clean and family-friendly. Please only use your name in the story (not the names of other people, organizations or a project's name). You can refer to something in general. For example, "an audition," "a colleague,"  "a family member," "a business," "a project" etc. Important: We can only use stories with clean audio, with no background noise, sounds or music; and recorded with a decent microphone. If chosen, we will be utilizing your audio file in the podcast. Act like you are telling a good friend your story, and take us on an entertaining journey with an interesting ending.
