CS3001 Missed/Late Recitation Form

Please fill out this form if:

(1) You're unable to join your scheduled recitation on a day with an assignment

(2) You joined the recitation, but didn't complete/submit the graded problem

Recitation assignments are due on the day of the recitation, at 9pm. However, you can submit any/all recitations late (on gradescope) with no penalty, with these late deadlines:

* Recitations 1-2: late due date May 23rd 9pm eastern

* Recitations 3-5: late due date June 20th 9pm eastern

No other exceptions are permitted. If you fail to fill out this form, or miss the late due dates, you will have a zero for the recitation.

Note that recitation solutions will be released on the same schedule as above.
