What is the title of the proposed show? *
Provide a summary of the show. *
Explain casting Requirements including: cast size, cast diversity, ensemble size. *
What is the youngest age that needs to be admitted to see the show? If there is a certain age, then provide the reason why the show does not need to be for younger audiences. (FOR EXAMPLE: If you wanted to direct a murder mystery that has mild language, you may say that the youngest recommended age to see the show would be 12 because of murder, language, etc.) *
Budget for musicals is usually $8000 and $7000 for plays (non-musicals). Briefly make a budget for how you would use this money. Take out $1200 for director's pay first.  THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE ACCURATE AND CAN BE AN ESTIMATE. This is to see how you will allocate the money for your show. *
For your production crew, list all positions you will need. (Examples include but are not limited to: Technical Director, Assistant Director, Stage Manager, Choreographer, Accent Coach, etc.)
