The Ventura County Regional Energy Alliance (VCREA) and Community Environmental Council (CEC) are working with local communities to increase access to all-electric transportation solutions and develop more EV charging stations. EV charging stations are used to recharge the batteries of plug-in electric vehicles, which include both pure battery electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
