Kindly make payment within 24hours upon receiving the invoice, for after which we will release your spot to someone else. Do note that confirmation of spots is on a first come first served basis, upon successful payment.

Spaces are limited for each program and are released on a first-come-first-served basis. If the program is full, you will automatically be placed on the waitlist and we will reach out when a spot becomes available.

Spaces are secured and confirmed upon successful payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice via email.

Holiday programs are rain or shine. Children's safety is important to us. We seek your understanding that in the event of bad weather causing unsafe conditions, certain aspects and activities of the program may change for everyone's safety.

Holiday program fees are non-refundable in cash. A 75% credit refund, valid for 6 months, will be given should your child be unwell with proof of a valid Medical Certificate. This credit can be used for other holiday programs or Young Adventurers sessions within the 6 months only.

In the unlikely event that Roots & Boots needs to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, rest assured you will receive a full refund in credits. All credit refunds are valid for 6 months.
