The Academy of Medicine, Singapore is administering the Clinical Claims Resolution Process (CCRP), a workstream initiative proposed by the Multilateral Healthcare Insurance Committee (MHIC). The CCRP is a voluntary claims resolutions process that provides insurers, doctors, medical institutions and policyholders an avenue for recourse, should they have issues pertaining to clinical matters involving Integrated Shield Plan (IP) claims. AMS is seeking for interested medical practitioners to be part of the list of reviewers to assist in reviewing these cases.
