Art Club for school year 2022-23 is full with over 100 applications submitted during the enrollment window from July 15 - August 19, 2022. However please feel free to add your name to our waiting list.

Throughout the year, art club members discover that they must give up their spot due to other enrichment activities and/or family commitments. Once a spot opens, those on the waiting list will be emailed to see if they are still interested in joining. Art Club offers all students the opportunity to "Promote the Arts" as a model representative of Lufkin Road Middle School. By becoming an active member, you are committing to: serve as an ambassador of our school in our community by providing artwork for exhibits and contests; design and produce products for school initiatives and worthy organizational causes; and collaborate with and support other art club members.

Art Club meetings are on alternate Thursdays after school, and our annual club fee is $10 per member this year. The application submission deadline is August 19, 2022. ALL applications are reviewed and member rosters are announced by August 31. Fall club meetings begin on September 1 for T1-3, September 8 for T4 and September 23 for T2. The LRMS Art Club Annual Fee is $10 this year. Members will need to bring it in with them to their first track group meeting. This includes $1 club dues and $9 materials fee. *
