Registering for dance is completed in 2 parts. The first part is Pre-Registration. That is what you are doing by completing this form!

There are 5 easy steps to Pre-Register for dance classes:

1. Complete this Registration Form online. Online submission is preferred and encouraged but if you require a printable form, click HERE.

2. E-transfer the $200 per dancer Registration Fee (due before the First Day of Dance)

3. Choose how you will pay the remainder of your Tuition Fee (due September 30).

4. Choose the Volunteer Commitment and Fundraising Commitment that best suits your needs

5. Agree with the Costume Commitment, Waiver & Parental Consent and Substance Abuse Policy

The First Day of Dance

Save the date for your dancer's First Day of Dance!

Ages 3-4 - Thursday, September 12, 2024 5:30-6:00 PM
Ages 5-17 - Thursday, September 5, 2024 (evening, time TBA)
Adults Class 18+ - Sunday, September 8, 2024 7:00-8:30 PM

Weekly Class Schedule

All classes take place in the Cultural Centre attached to St. Vladimir's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (404 Meredith Road NE, Calgary).

Option 1 : E-Transfer Tuition in FULL and RECEIVE DISCOUNT

Option 2 : Pay Tuition in 7 EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS from your bank account by Pre-Authorized Debit agreement
