We are a certified organic small farm in Wheatland, Mo growing produce, flowers, nursery crops and eggs.
Start: ASAP
Starting Pay: $12/hr (opportunity for growth)
Hours: Every Thursday and Friday morning and more if available.
Seasonal winter/Spring work includes: greenhouse work (potting up plants), harvesting, planting, and more.
General year round work activities include but are not limited to: planting, greenhouse work, weeding, harvesting, washing/packing harvest, all activities related to production of crops and eggs, and more depending on the day and the skills a worker brings to the farm.
Must have qualifications: Reliably shows up to work on time, ability to lift at least 30lbs, must be able to work in the heat of summer, generally interested in doing a good job at every task, can follow instructions and work on their own some of the time.
Bonus qualification: General interest in organic farming and desire to learn not just doing the job for a paycheck.
