FPBS VIRTUAL DAY LUNCH ORDER FORM    Pick Up Only      both pick ups on TUESDAY due to no school Monday for MLK
Hello! Please use this form to order meal packs during virtual learning.  While we are all virtual, all meal packs will be seven-day meal packs.  

****In the event of inclement weather days, meal pick up will be the next active school day.****

For your convenience, you can pick up your meals at EITHER school.

Sign up prior to 9 AM on Fridays for meal pack orders the following week

AN ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE DPI:  All children under 18 can participate in free meals regardless of financial status until JUNE 2021 or until federal funds run out, whichever comes first.

Pick up times  
o Stormonth: Tuesday at 8:45 am-9:45 am
o Bayside: Tuesday at 1:45 pm-2:45 pm

01/18 to 1/22 Entrees
Entrees will be provided in meal packs for children.  Each pack includes an entree, vegetable portion, and fruit portion for each day of meals.  Some portions may be packed in multiple days to save on packaging. Each child also has a choice to take or refuse milk pints.

Entrees for this week may include the following: Chicken Patty, Chicken Tacos, Hamburgers
