ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BOARD MEMBERSHIP NOMINATION FORM
The Central Catholic High School Alumni Association is currently seeking nominees for open positions on the Alumni Association Board, the governing body of the Central Catholic High School Alumni Association. Membership on the Board entails a two year-commitment.

Alumni Association Board Member Participation Requirements:
• Attend no less than seventy-five (75%) percent of the scheduled Board meetings per calendar year.  Board meetings are held bi-monthly.
• Attend no less than fifty (50%) percent of the Alumni Association sponsored events during the calendar year.
• Be an active member on at least two (2) Standing or Ad Hoc Sub-Committees or serve as Chairman of at least one (1) Standing or Ad Hoc Sub-Committee or be an officer of the Board and participate actively by attending no less than 50% of the said scheduled meetings.
     Please be aware that this personal and biographical information will be held in the strictest of confidence. Members of the Alumni Association’s Executive Committee, the Nominating Committee or the Board’s Executive Director, may contact you for additional information.
