WAM Theatre request for caregiver reimbursement
In order to better facilitate parents and caregivers attending WAM Theatre workshops and performances, we are now offering subsidies for at-home babysitting and caregiving.  WAM will reimburse households up to $75 to cover their babysitters or adult caregiver costs.

First purchase your ticket or enroll in the workshop (please note that we offer discount tickets for those with an EBT Card: https://www.wamtheatre.com/discounts/), then fill out all the information below so we can process your reimbursement check.
