Thank you for your interest in nominating yourself or someone you know for a servant leadership role in the Upper New York Annual Conference. This form may be submitted by any United Methodist within the Upper New York Annual Conference, lay or clergy. The Conference Nominations and Leadership Development team will prayerfully discern over each submission as we conduct our work of nominating individuals to leadership roles in our conference. While we are grateful for every submission we receive, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to nominate every person we receive a nomination form from.
