YMCA Camp Rocky Creek Financial Aid Application

Thank you for your interest in YMCA Camp Rocky Creek! We believe every child deserves the chance to go to camp! 

Please keep the following in mind as you complete these forms:

1. We offer a first come, first serve basis. Regardless, of the award amount, we ask all families place a $50 deposit on the weeks they would like to secure.

2. Please fully complete this form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

3. Financial assistance is limited to two resident camp sessions and/or a maximum or six day camp sessions. 

4. All information is confidential.

5. Application reviews take place in the order they were received. Requests will be made after May 1st. Please go online and secure your spot www.lebanonymca.org

6. Payments can be made online or a bank/credit draft be set up. All payments will need to be made by June 1st.

7. All information must be completed and any additional paperwork requested must be submitted to campadmin@lebanonymca.org
