The Power Plant Canna, Music, & Arts Festival,  Featuring hundreds of  Cannabis Culture Vendors, Delicious Food, Beautiful Art, and SO Much More!!!

**Placement is on a first serve, first confirm basis.

** Spaces are designated. 

**50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED! We do not reserve spaces without payment.

** NO REFUNDS. If cannot attend payments will be considered a donation. 

*Vending spaces will sell out, make sure to secure your space upon receiving invoice. 

* If/when approved you will receive an email to the company email address provided in this application. 

  • FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES: 

    • Food Booths must have a OH state mobile food permit, and at least one person in the booth needs to have a Serve Safe food handler’s license.    

    • No sharing/subletting of the space. 

    • One business per booth. 

    • Canopy Tents must be secured/anchored down.

    • Vendors are responsible for their employees/staff/guests. 

    • A professional sign/banner displaying your business name may be displayed. 

    • Booth shall be open for sales the duration of the festival. 

    • No early departures.

    • Illegal items and weapons are not permitted. 

    • Only (1) one car per booth will receive a parking pass. 

    • Vending spaces are clearly marked. 

    • Do not encroach into the path or your neighbors' space. 

    • Pets must be leashed, licensed, and friendly. Doggie bags are required. Do not leave your dog unattended.   

    • Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying appropriate sales tax.

    • Vendors are required to carry their own business commercial liability coverage. 

    • You’re fully responsible for the cleanliness of your area before leaving. Trash cans/dumpsters are on site. 

FOOD TRAILER GUIDELINES: Food Trailers must be 10 feet from buildings and 10 feet between other trailers. They must meet all Cuyahoga County Board of Health requirements and have all proper licenses. They should look professional, be aesthetically pleasing and in good structural condition. All products and materials related to the operation of the trailer must be contained within the confines of the assigned area. Your food trailer must be manned during festival hours. All concession trailers in a line-up must organize their “back of house” (refrigerators, freezers, bags/boxed product etc.) It must be fenced/blocked from view with attractive vinyl, wood or metal fencing or partitions. (NOT tarps/ throws). All concession trailers must be skirted.  

SIGNS: All signs should be professionally lettered and designed. Pricing must be easily visible for customers to read, and not crowded and confusing. The Cuyahoga County Board of Health closely monitors our vendors so that foods are of the highest quality and produced under exacting standards of sanitation. . All vendors will be required to follow all COVID protocols . 

PAYMENTS: A deposit of 50% is required when the contract (not application) is returned. Final payment for booth space needs to be in by June 7, 2024,

RULES OF CONDUCT: All Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and according to the rules governing exhibits. Exhibitors will refrain from mentioning their competitors of their products or services in a derogatory manner or in any way disparaging another Exhibitor who is also participating in the festival. Exhibitors cannot lure customers from another exhibitor’s booth. EXHIBITORS MUST STAY WITHIN THEIR BOOTH SPACE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS—NOT IN THE AISLE. Any unruly conduct, refusal to follow rules, or use of foul language may be considered grounds for expulsion from the festival. Such Exhibitors will not be invited to return to our fair.


As a vendor you agree to be photographed or videotaped for personal or commercial use. 

The Power Plant Canna, Music, & Arts Festival Logo, Name and/or artwork, may NOT be used on products for resale. This application process is NOT authorization or permission for use. Items will be confiscated w/out compensation. . Any vendor(s) who does not comply with these festival operational guidelines, violating terms in this contract will be denied selling privileges and be required to leave without refund. Ohio CannaFest/Zick Productions is not liable for personal injury or sickness that may arise including COVID-19, or any loss, damage, theft, breakage, or destruction of merchandise on exhibit at your booth or in your vehicle. The Power Plant Canna, Music, & Arts Festival/Exotic Roots Group, LLC reserves the right to evict or refuse service if deemed necessary. There will be 24-Hour security on-site for the duration of the festival. Lost and found will be located at the main gate
