Anza Borrego Symposium Interest Form
Please fill out this "interest form" if you are interested in attending one of our two open symposiums. This is an interest only form. Registrations dates for the symposiums are below. 

Applicants need to be teachers or school administrators in Southern California and sign up for their current grade levels. ABF Teacher Ambassadors may sign up for any and all symposiums. Administrators are welcome to sign up.

High School - (May 3 - 5, 2024) (Full)

PROCESS  - ******Once you fill out this interest form,  an official Anza Borrego Registration and Payment form and a confirmation letter will be sent to you within a week.

This is an interest only form. Once you fill out the registration form and submit payment, we will confirm your registration.

Our Commitment price is $65 for new participants and $45 for ABF Teacher Ambassadors to be paid during the registration process.

Which Symposium would you like to attend? *ABF Teacher Ambassadors can attend any and all of the symposiums. New participants should sign up for the grade level they teach.

Please share why you would like to be a part of this desert learning experience? (We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the desert and conservation and want to share this passion with their students). Please feel free to write as much as you would like. You can share your background or your desire to bring opportunities to your students. Your responses will be reviewed by the ABF Symposium Team, then we will send you the official Anza Borrego Foundation Registration and Payment link.

Participants will be sleeping in rooms with three bunk beds (6 beds). Please let me know if there is anyone you would like to have in your room. (Rooms are not co ed).

New participants will be asked to pay a commitment fee of $65. This fee will be payable to the Anza Borrego Foundation. Details on how to pay this fee will be sent following our receipt of this interest application and acceptance into the program. 

Anza Borrego Teacher Ambassadors will have a reduced rate of $45 for the weekend. Ambassadors are being asked to share a lesson idea that they used following attending the first symposium.
