Activities Description:
Hangouts @ The Hub
Come to the Hub every Thursday to hangout with your friends and enjoy as many of the activities we will have available as you would like! We will have two available time slots for you to stop by: 2-5 PM & 6-9 PM. Come hang out any time during either or both of those time slots! We will have ice cream for sale! Activities at the Hub include:
Wii & N64 games
Board Games
Spikeball
Pool
Badminton/Volleyball
Air Hockey
Puzzles
Coloring Books
Karaoke

Monday Night Fire:
We will be hosting bonfires at a different house on 4 different Monday nights this summer! We will gather for a laid back time of roasting s’mores, playing yard games, and bringing up whatever is on our minds about faith! We will be sure to email or text you the location of each bonfire when we know who will be hosting.

Water Fight:
Come ready to get wet! We will be having a squirt gun/water balloon fight at either Lagoon Park or the Green Park at Bridle Creek. We will be sure to let you know when we have decided on an official location.

Laser Tag Night:
Laser Tag will be played by two teams of 8-12 at a time. This event MAY be hosted outdoors or indoors. You will be notified once an official decision has been made.

Olympics Day:
We'll have lots of team games to play such as cornhole, Wiffle ball,  Spikeball, and more! Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the teams that win the most events!


Permission:

I, parent/guardian listed below, give permission for the minors, list below, to participate in this above stated activity.

Emergency Contact:

In the case of an emergency, I, parent/guardian listed below, understand that every effort will be made to contact me. If I cannot be reached I hereby give Side By Side Ministries (SBS) permission to act on my behalf in seeking emergency treatment for my child, listed below, in the event that such treatment is deemed necessary by SBS. I give my permission to those administering emergency treatment to do so, using those measures deemed necessary. I absolve SBS from liability in acting on my behalf in this regard so long as SBS is not grossly negligent.

Photo/Video release:

I, parent/guardian listed below, authorize SBS to use photos or video taken of my child, listed below, at this event for SBS promotional purposes only. At no time will photos or videos be used by unrelated organizations.
